Saturday, August 29, 2026 - the BEEF TENDERNESS BATTLE at Univ. of Idaho Meat Science Lab (map) [ contact Stacy to get involved!! ]

Sunday, August 30, 2026 - tour to Owens Farms / MANZO Beef near Spokane, WA

🥩 NAPA members must pre-register and pay the member event fee of $80.US/adult and $25.US/child 10 yrs & under by July 29th -  which includes the Friday Banquet (Fullblood MANZO Piedmontese Beef & northern-Italian-themed buffet) plus Saturday noon lunch buffet plus all of Dr. Bass' educational presentations on Saturday and the Sunday Owens Farms tour. ✈ Airport availability:

  • Moscow/Pullman Regional: Only Alaska Airlines, very limited, only 10 minutes from campus
  • Lewiston Regional: Delta and United Airlines, very limited, about 45 minutes from campus
  • Spokane (GEG): Many airline options, about 1.5 hours from Moscow, Idaho campus, and about 30 minutes from Owens’ Farms near Spokane, WA.
If you will be flying in for this event, you can easily fly into Spokane and drive down to Moscow for the Friday 6 pm Banquet, engage with Dr. Bass on Saturday's educational events (Beef Tenderness Battle!) and then return to Spokane on Sunday morning for the Owens Farms tour.
